Shipping policy

Shipping rates are advised at checkout. You will be able to select the one that suits you best. Although all options include a tracking number, it is advised to choose the signed for option if the postal service is unreliable where you live.

Our shipping areas are currently limited to the territories of the European Union due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic.

We deliver 2 days a week!

▶   SHIPMENTS OVER 100 EUROS WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE IN SPAIN, EXCEPT FOR RESIDENTS OF THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA, WHOSE ORDERS MUST EXCEED 150 EUROS.

▶   SHIPMENTS OVER 150 EUROS WILL BE FREE OF THE CHARGE FOR RESIDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION.

♻  From El  Muelle 1931 Shop we consider important to respect and take care of the planet we live in, that is why we will use reused and biodegradable elements for the shipments as much as possible. This means that your order may arrive packaged using a reused box with an old address crossed out. However, we only use packaging that is sturdy and suitable for use.
