Formed by three friends with no previous musical experience, Performing Ferret Band managed to create a unique sound using cheap instruments, primitive drum machines, and a lot of imagination. Their music is a blend of jagged guitars, simple rhythms, and catchy melodies that capture the essence of the post-punk era's DIY spirit. Often compared to Young Marble Giants, Television Personalities, or Swell Maps, their sound remains fresh and influential today.
