The new cassette by Soniquetes y Tonadillas Martínez SA carries the same evocative spirit as their previous "Hotel Cel y Mar". These songs stir the imagination and memory, much like gazing out the window during a journey through a familiar landscape—in this case, the route from Martutene (home to a prison) to Mondragón (home to a psychiatric hospital). Their sound finds a place for library music, Erik Satie, Nacho Cano’s TV soundtracks, and 80s/90s Spanish pop.
