VP Records and its 17 North Parade imprint continue their Augustus “Gussie” Clarke reissue series with Born to Dub You, a collection of ten rare instrumental tracks from melodica virtuoso Augustus Pablo. While eight tracks appeared on Gussie Presenting the Right Tracks, two—"No Entry" and "Classical Illusion"—are newly reissued. The album features Pablo’s signature dark, meditative sound, with his melodica weaving through the mixes. Notably, "Classical Illusion"pairs Pablo’s melodies with a striking violin and an eerie dub version by Prince Jammy.
