Basque musician Joseba Irazoki releases ‘Gitarra Onomatopeikoa III’, the follow-up to last year's album ‘Gitarra Lekeitioak (Onomatopeikoa II)’.
The new work consists of pieces that were left out of the last album, as well as some live versions. It is a solo guitar album in which he continues his search for a personal language and his own voice.
The musical pieces are the result of improvisation but with an eye on composition, a process that could be called ‘Instant Composition’. To achieve this, Joseba has used all kinds of guitars, effects and sounds that colour the album in a very special and imaginative way.
