With its editors María Santana and Antonio Ramírez, Ediciones Óxido Lento was born after the pandemic with the purpose of promoting and delving deeper into the work of those creators who explored the imaginary, the oneiric, eroticism and the absurd.
This small publisher, which operates in an almost artisanal and non-profit way, managed to highlight the works of artists such as Roland Topor, HR Giger, Patrick Hourihan, Única Zurn and Niklas Nenzén. And this is just the beginning.
Óxido Lento is firmly committed to paper publishing as an act of resistance to digital, and to the fanzine format as an escape route from cultural and commercial control. Its goal is to offer economically accessible publications, but always produced with care, dedication and a deep editorial sensitivity.
